Nicole Gomez joined the YM Legal team in 2022 as Head of Scheduling. After graduating from Florida State University, she brought over a decade of project management and client service experience to the role.
Her strong organization skills, structured workflows, and attention to detail ensure every assignment — from scheduling to confirmation — runs seamlessly. Nicole’s leadership and efficiency set the tone for our scheduling team, ensuring that every attorney, reporter, and interpreter receives the same level of excellent support that defines YM Legal.
As our Production Specialist, Jay oversees timely transcript delivery to clients and serves as the liaison between our court reporters and clients. She manages client communication and coordinates each transcript from start to finish, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and a seamless experience every time.
With experience as a Court Interpreter and Legal Assistant, Jay brings heart, organization, and discipline to everything she does.
Alexa Perez joined YM Legal Services in 2024 and quickly became an integral part of our court reporting team. In 2025, her dedication, precision, and leadership earned her the role of Lead Court Reporter, where she now serves as the go-to resource for our reporters across Florida.
A Certified Electronic Reporter with nearly five years of experience, Alexa brings professionalism and care to every proceeding—whether it’s a trial, deposition, hearing, or EUO. Her attention to detail and commitment to excellence ensure that every record reflects YM Legal’s highest standards.
Jessica launched her legal career in 2009, specializing in personal injury litigation before moving into firm operations and business development. Rising to Director of Operations at a leading firm, she refined workflows, managed teams, and drove growth initiatives that strengthened client relations and firm efficiency.
Her hands-on experience with Filevine sparked a passion for legal technology and process improvement — shaping her path toward consulting and operational strategy.
